User Review Policy

1. Nature of Video Reviews

Grape allows users to submit only video reviews on establishments referenced in the categories: eat, drink, go out, sleep.

• Required format: Video of at least 8 seconds. No textual, vocal or photo reviews are accepted.
• Authenticity and quality: Videos must reflect real experiences and meet quality criteria (image, sound, relevant content).
• Compensation: Each validated review earns €0.20, added to the user's wallet.

2. Validation Criteria

• Video reviews must be submitted within a reasonable time after the experience, ideally the same day.
• They can be recorded live or uploaded from the personal gallery.
• Validation criteria include: Content relevance, Video clarity and audibility, Compliance with general terms and conditions.

3. Moderation Process

• Reviews are moderated within 24 hours by the Grape team and, if necessary, by partners.
• A review may be rejected for the following reasons: Non-compliance with quality criteria (blurred image, inaudible, off-topic), Abusive, defamatory or inappropriate content, Fraudulent or repeated content.
• In case of rejection, the user is informed by email and does not receive compensation for this review.

4. Image Rights and Video Usage

• By publishing a video review, the user authorizes Grape (SAS Conshumeur) to: Publish the video on its social networks and marketing campaigns, Transmit videos to referenced establishments for promotional use.
• The user also accepts that Grape and its partners become co-owners of the videos.
• Any request for deletion or modification must be addressed to contact@pickgrape.com.

5. Publication Limits

• Users can publish up to 10 reviews per week.
• The wallet can be unlocked from €10, with payment via Lydia.
